Questions before you start?

Do I need a card to try Timit?

No. The trial lasts 14 days and requires no card details. You only add payment details if you choose to continue.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can change plans as your clinic grows. Contact us if you would like help choosing.

Are there charges beyond the subscription?

Yes. Forms are an add-on. You pay €1.70 per month for each form you use that month, whether it comes from the form bank or you build it yourself. SMS and WhatsApp are billed based on usage. VAT is added where applicable. Contact us for an overview tailored to your clinic.

How is patient data stored?

Data is stored within the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. Read our privacy page for more information, or ask us for documentation.
