Timit processes personal and patient data on behalf of clinics as a data processor, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable national law. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights you and your patients hold.
Account details you provide, clinic configuration, and the patient records you create within Timit. We do not sell personal data or use patient data for advertising.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted within the EU and the UK. Access is restricted, logged and auditable.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@timit.com and we will respond within statutory timeframes.
These terms govern your use of Timit. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your clinic.
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the accuracy of records created under your account. You retain ownership of your clinic and patient data.
The 14-day trial requires no payment details. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
Timit must be used lawfully and only for legitimate clinical and administrative purposes. We may suspend accounts that put patient data or the service at risk.
